HAMORA Cloud
Account and sync
You never need an account to log. Create one only if you want sync across devices, cloud notifications or callsign verification. Sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email.
With Lifetime and a HAMORA account, your logbook syncs between your phones, and a private copy is kept in HAMORA Cloud. Each device keeps its own full copy, so you can still log offline.
Needs a HAMORA account
Verification proves which callsigns your HAMORA account holds. The quickest way uses the LoTW certificate you already have: HAMORA asks you to sign a one-time challenge with TQSL on your computer, and checks the signature. Without LoTW, you can send your licence document for review. Logging never needs verification.
Needs a HAMORA account, An LoTW certificate, or your licence document
Notifications
With an account, HAMORA Cloud can send a notification when something happens that your phone can't see by itself, such as a new confirmation. Turn it on or off in the app, with quiet hours.
Needs a HAMORA account
Being verified on more devices before release.
While HAMORA is running, it can notify you when a spot is a new DXCC for you. These alerts are made on your phone from your own log, so nothing about your log is sent anywhere for them.
Every notification category can be turned on or off. Quiet hours follow your time zone, alerts are rate-limited, and duplicates are dropped. What you've received stays in the notification history in the app.
HAMORA Cloud would watch live spots for you and send a notification when one is a new DXCC entity, band or mode for your synced log, even when the app is closed. It's off unless you turn it on, follows your quiet hours, and is limited so you aren't flooded. It needs a HAMORA account with Cloud sync. It's part of the HAMORA Mobile 1.0 plan, and is in development.
Needs a HAMORA account, HAMORA Cloud sync
In development. Waits for its cloud service, spot-provider agreement and closed-app tests on real phones.
A short personal list of wanted callsigns, matched against live spots by the same cloud alert service. Planned to work alongside the alerts above.

Privacy and your data
HAMORA keeps your log on your phone. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on a service that needs to send it somewhere.
HAMORA has no ads, doesn't use advertising identifiers, and doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
Two separate switches, both off by default. Turn either one off again at any time.
More → Profile → Manage account → Delete HAMORA Account deletes your account and its cloud data at once. You choose whether to keep the logbook on your phone. Without the app, follow the steps on the Delete account page.
